Amanda is so happy and proud to celebrate her seventh year as a member of the Broadway Babies family! Amanda began as a director/choreographer for Applause in 1998. She then excitedly joined Audrey in the second semester of Broadway Babies and has been teaching ever since! Amanda manages the East side location and writes curriculum for the Broadway Superstars program. She considers herself so lucky to have the opportunity to work with such talented friends and share her love of Theater with so many amazing children. Before joining Applause, Amanda received her BFA in Musical Theater from Syracuse University and continued her training in London where she was selected to study with The Royal Shakespeare Company. Her favorite regional and off-broadway theatrical credits include: Shelby in Steel Magnolias, Anita in Wrong Turn at Lungfish, and Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. In addition to theater, Amanda has worked in film and television. She can be seen on the HBO series "The Sopranos", "Law and Order: Criminal Intent", MTV's "11:59" in which she starred, and on Lifetime Television's promo "Hero". (Amanda also met her husband, Adam, while teaching his niece at Broadway Babies!!!!)
