Melanie is thrilled to be apart of the Broadway Babies program because of her love of both musical theatre and children. She considers this an opportunity to give children the chance to experience the joys of theatre much like she did. Melanie was a dance instructor in her home town of WI and carries what she learned there to Broadway Dance Center, where she teaches jazz, tap, ballet and hip-hop in their Children's Program. At Broadway Dance Center, Melanie has been a judicator at company auditions and has been a part of their staff for Winter Intensive programs. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in musical theatre from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Some of her favorite roles include Snow White (Snow White), Aysha (Children of Eden), and Robin (Godspell).
