Intermediate Filmmaker Experience (4th-8th Grade)

This immersive and innovative semester long experience is for young, serious students looking to take the plunge into all aspects of filmmaking and acting for the camera! With the help of our professional filmmakers, students will work as a group to conceive, write, act, direct and even have a hand in editing 2 of their very own short films where they are the filmmakers AND the stars! From concept to creation, the class will create a fully-produced Applause short film, and gain extensive skills, knowledge, and expertise in all aspects of filmmaking. The final products will be submitted to student film festivals around the world, along with a private screening where your family and friends get to see your film on a big screen!
