Make Your Own Movie (4th-8th Grade)

This class brings our film curriculum to the next level for 4th-8th graders! After auditioning for roles and getting cast in parts, students will be launched onto a real film set to experience the electrifying world of movie-making! This level will build further on the basics of acting on-camera, including characterization, scene building, as well as behind-the-scenes work to understand the filmmaking process, all while continuing to build their confidence to be a leading actor in front of the camera as well as in life. Your pre-teen will be able to show off their larger-than-life personality, or simply find their voice on screen. At the end of the semester, watch the movies premiere with family & friends in a red carpet film screening. They will then premiere on our viral YouTube Kids Channel (Applause New York) with over 1.5 Million Subscribers and over 1 BILLION views worldwide!
