Jazz Technqiue Level 2 (5th-9th Grade)

This intensive pre-professional class is designed to improve student’s jazz technique and vocabulary. Each class incorporates a warm-up focused on stretching, strengthening, and placement, as well as across-the-floor progressions that develop the student's ability to do leaps, jumps, and turns. Throughout the course of the semester, students will have the opportunity to train in the areas of jazz, contemporary, and lyrical. This class is essential for those students interested in dancing at the Intermediate or Competition level! At least 2-3 years of dance experience is recommended for this class.
